About Ashlon Realty

Joe Gummerson, President & CEO of Ashlon Inc. and Ashlon Realty. Joe has been active in the Real Estate Industry since 1988. He has done a variety of different jobs, from a real estate agent specializing in inner-city buyers and sellers, to Title Insurance Sales. In the late 1990's he completed Coldwell Banker's Management Training Course. By 2001 he took a job as the Sales Manager of a Coldwell Banker office in the Seattle Area.

In 2007, Joe decided it was time to open his own company. After coming up with the company name, Ashlon Realty (named after his two kids, Ashley & Alonzo) he opened his first office in Eastern Chula Vista, CA.

Throughout his career, Joe has focused on growth principals, both personal & corporate.
