Getting leads and managing them is one of the most important real estate activities. We will teach you how to get the leads to you so you don’t have to wait for leads to come into the company —and hope they come to you. We offer lead rotation via website leads and sign calls.
Property Inventory
Our Company has an inventory of over 100 REO and short sale properties. As an Agent, you have priority access to these properties. We will provide you with access to our REO inventory list that will give you access to Pre-MLS properties.
Open Houses
You can hold open houses on any of our REO properties. This is a great opportunity to meet potential buyers.
Signs
Company branded listing signs are available for your use at no extra charge. Upon receipt of an executed listing agreement, our staff will order the placement of the Ashlon sign in front of the property. Company branded open house signs are also available for your use.
Community Events
Ashlon Realty is a leading force in the community. We are actively involved in hosting booths at Farmer’s Markets and other community events such as Cinco De Mayo and Lemon Festival in Chula Vista. You will be given the opportunity to host the booth at these community events.

Our office is staffed with friendly and knowledgeable support staff. Our transaction coordinators are knowledgeable and will allow you to free up time and dedicate yourself to selling.

We offer a comprehensive company website that your clients can register and search for properties. We also distribute website leads to all our Agents.
Technology
We offer free internet access at the office. We are working on an on-line platform that will provide information about our inventory. This on-line platform will also assist in managing your escrows. We communicate via e-mail with regards to meetings, trainings and interoffice communication.
Extra Help
The management works to give all of the Agents the help needed to get the job done. We’re here for you. You will have direct communication with the broker/CEO/owner of the Company.
