Please review these documents before sending over an offer. Offers must include the completed checklist. We will not review your offer without a completed offer checklist.

All the information you need should be included here. Any incomplete offers will not be reviewed.

Please send offer with live signatures (no Docusign) and supporting documents (bank statements dated within the last 30 days with your buyer's name and preapproval from lender stated on the MLS) in one PDF document to offers@ashlonrealty.com. Offers will not be presented to the bank unless they are complete. Please do not send an offer until you have read and sumbitted all the documents as indicated in the instructions. Your email must be smaller than 15MB, if your offer package is larger we suggest you use a service such as yousendit.com.
